Swift Creek Bluffs Assemblage Plan Presentation

On December 14, 2012 the graduate environmental impact assessment class from NC State University will be presenting its draft plan for the Swift Creek Bluffs Assemblage to clients and local municipal administrators. Focused on the Triangle Land Conservancy’s preserve called Swift Creek Bluffs, this assemblage also includes a tract owned by Wake County and a tract owned by NCDOT that was acquired for wetland mitigation. Various issues such as possible greenway location, connectivity among the properties, and site restoration challenges are addressed.
